What do I need to provide?

As the customer all you need to provide is your unlocked vehicle. We arrive ready to work and have everything we need with us. This includes water, power, tools, extension cords, etc. We are completely self contained.

What areas do you offer service in?

We service the greater Moncton area including Moncton, Riverview, Dieppe, Irishtown, Berry Mills, Lakeville, Indian Mountain, Stilesville, Ammon and Lakeburn. We will also service other places in the area but it may require us to charge a travel fee. Please contact us for details if you are wondering if we can come to your area.​

Where can you detail my vehicle?

​

We can detail your vehicle anywhere you can park it. All we need is a little space around it. We have detailed cars at office buildings, outside of apartment buildings, houses, parking garages, underground parking of an apartment, etc. It can be done on any surface including pavement, cement, gravel, dirt, grass, etc.

How long will it take you?

​

This depends on vehicle size, level of detailing needed and what options you choose to have completed. Interiors range from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours and exteriors from 0.5 hours to 1 hour. A general interior and exterior detail will take between 2 to 3 hours. If you want extra services added, this will add to the time it takes.

What is included?

Our interior detail process includes:

• Remove all items from vehicle

• Cleaning all floor mats (both fabric and rubber)

• Pre vacuum of all fabrics and seats

• Using compressed air to blow any debris from the fabrics and small areas

• Cleaning all fabrics using products as required and brushes

• Cleaning all plastics using products as required, non damaging scrubbing pads, brushes for tiny spaces and even picks for those tiny cracks where the debris does not want to come out

• Clean all windows

• Clean all leathers

• Final vacuum

• Apply "new car" scented air freshener

• Condition all leathers

• Apply protectant to all rubber floor mats

• Put everything back in the vehicle

• Clean door jambs

Our exterior detail process includes:

• Cleaning rims and tires using specific cleaners and brushes

• Spray car with foam cleaner

• Rinse foam

• Hand wash all painted surfaces

• Blow out water from small areas with compressed air to prevent water streaks when you drive it next

• Hand dry entire vehicle

• Apply spray wax

• Apply tire shine

• Clean door jambs

Can you remove pet hair?

​

Yes, we absolutely can remove pet hair. Using specific brushes, products and compressed air, we can get the pet hair out of your vehicle.

Do you detail all year?

​

Currently, we only detail during the summer break from school. As the owner does go to high school, he is only available during summer break. This may get extended in future years.

Can you detail my vehicle while I am at work or not at home?

​

Absolutely. you do not need to be present at any point. As long as your vehicle is unlocked and we have access to it in a spot with space around it, we can detail your vehicle. After we are done, we can message you and you can pay via e-transfer.

Can you provide receipts?

​

Yes, as a registered business we can provide you a receipt. It will be sent to you via email or text in a digital form as requested.

How are you different than others?

​

We are completely self contained meaning we bring absolutely everything we need with us. This means you do not need to be around when we arrive to help us with getting water or power and we will not be using your utilities. We have a strong attention to detail and will work with you to ensure you are happy with the outcome. We are a registered business and offer various payment methods and can offer receipts to you for your taxes.
